- Unlimited traffic and concurrent sessions — no metering, no throttling
- Up to 1 Gbps in six countries — US, UK, Canada, Germany, France and Australia
- Keep the same IP for as long as you hold the plan
$14.41/mo per dedicated IP, billed annually — unlimited traffic included, never billed per GB.
How an address reaches you
-
1
Issued to us by the ISP
The address is allocated to our network directly. Nothing here comes off a broker or a resale market.
-
2
Held for one customer at a time
Never split between users, and never on a subnet we share out. The whole history is one we can account for.
-
3
Rested, then screened
A 90-day cool-down after it comes back, then a blacklist check. If an address is flagged, it doesn’t go back out.
-
4
Assigned to you, alone
Yours for as long as you hold the plan. Nobody else connects through it.

IP quality
A shared IP carries someone else’s record.
An IP’s reputation is the sum of everything ever done from it. Read the fine print on a cheap private ISP proxy and you’ll usually find a number next to it — shared with two users, or three, or more. That’s a reasonable way to lower a price and a terrible way to keep an address clean.
Share an IP and you share its record
- ✕ Someone else’s blocked request becomes your blocked request
- ✕ Someone else’s abuse history is waiting when you log in
- ✕ Neighbouring IPs on the same subnet drag yours down with them
- ✕ You get no visibility into any of it, and no way to fix it
A dedicated IP has no history but yours
- ✓ Your account sessions stay recognized between logins
- ✓ Reputation reflects your own behaviour, nothing else
- ✓ No shared subnets, so no guilt by association
- ✓ When something changes you know why — you’re the only variable
Built for the accounts you can't afford to lose
If you're running marketplace or social accounts and you've been buying dedicated proxies, this is the same idea on a residential address instead of a datacenter one — which is what most platforms are actually looking at. Six reasons people make the switch.
Yours alone, never shared
One customer per address, on no subnet we share out. No inherited bans and no borrowed fraud score — the record on that IP is the record you made.
The address never changes
Hold the same IP for as long as you hold the plan. Accounts stay recognised between logins, long sessions survive, and nothing triggers a verification prompt because the location moved.
Rested 90 days, then screened
An address that comes back sits out of service for three months, then gets checked against blacklists. If it's flagged, it doesn't go back out — you're not inheriting the last user's history.
Unlimited traffic, flat price
Unlimited bandwidth, no meter and no per-GB bill. Pull fifty gigabytes a month or five hundred — the invoice is the same, which is the whole reason people move off GB-priced residential plans.
Unlimited sessions at 1 Gbps
Run twenty browser profiles at once if you need to. No concurrency cap and no fair-use throttle that quietly cuts you down once you pass a usage threshold.
Proxy or VPN, six protocols
HTTP, HTTPS and SOCKS5, plus OpenVPN, L2TP-IPsec and Softether from the same credentials. Route one browser profile or the whole device — most providers only offer the first.

How to get an ISP proxy running, in about a minute
No approval queue and no sales call. Your dedicated address is provisioned the moment you check out, and the same credentials work as an HTTP, HTTPS or SOCKS5 proxy — or as a full VPN.
-
Step 01
Pick the country
Six locations, all at the same price — the country is the only choice you make. If you need somewhere that isn't listed, ask before you order and we'll tell you what we can get.
-
Step 02
Pay, and the address is yours
Card, PayPal or Bitcoin. The IP is assigned to your account in under 60 seconds and stays assigned to you alone for as long as you hold the plan — nobody else is ever put on it alongside you.
-
Step 03
Connect however you work
Install the extension and click once — that's the whole setup for most people. Or configure it by hand on a phone, a router or an antidetect browser. Unlimited concurrent sessions, so every tool you run can use it at the same time.
As a full VPN
Everything on the device leaves from your residential IP, encrypted end to end. The usual choice when a company network or admin panel has allowlisted your address.
- OpenVPN
- L2TP-IPsec
- Softether
As a proxy
Point one browser profile, scraper or automation run at the address and leave the rest of the machine on your normal connection. SOCKS5 is the usual pick — every antidetect browser accepts it.
- HTTP
- HTTPS
- SOCKS5
Set it once in the extension, then forget it
The Chrome and Firefox extension exists for people who'd rather not touch a config file. Paste the credentials in once, name the profile, save. After that it's one toggle in the toolbar.
- A named profile per account Save each IP under its own label and switch between them from the toolbar. Hold several addresses and every account keeps its own.
- Leak protection you can't switch off WebRTC, DNS and IP protection, kill switch and auto-connect are on by default. A WebRTC leak would expose your real address whichever IP you're on.
- Only the browser moves The rest of the machine carries on over your normal connection. Toggle the IP on and off without reconnecting anything.
Or set it up by hand, if you'd rather
Every protocol is listed in your client area with a copy button beside each field — for antidetect browsers, phones, routers, or anything the extension doesn't cover. One hostname, one username, one password; the port is all that changes. Full walkthroughs live in the ISP proxy docs and the configuration guides.
Needs no client software — it's built into iOS, Android, Windows and macOS. The usual choice for phones and tablets. Not available on UK addresses.
Point Chrome, Firefox, Proxifier or anything that supports an authenticated HTTP proxy straight at it.
Same as HTTP, over an encrypted connection to the proxy itself. Available in every location.
Accepted by Proxifier, most automation frameworks and every antidetect or multi-account browser we've tested. Available in every location.
Download the ready-made configuration file and import it into the SoftEther client — nothing to type in by hand. Not available on UK addresses.
- SoftEther config file — one download, import, connected.
Works with Viscosity, Pritunl and any standard OpenVPN client. Two configs are provided. Not available on UK addresses.
- UDP — start here. The default, and the faster of the two.
- TCP — the fallback. Use it if your ISP or country blocks or throttles UDP VPN traffic.
One set of credentials, every protocol. The same username and password authenticate the proxy and the VPN — you don't hold separate logins per protocol, and switching from SOCKS5 to OpenVPN means changing the port, not the account.

What ISP proxy customers say
Verified reviews from people running static residential IPs in production.
Based on 434+ reviews on Trustpilot
“Their proxies are the best”
I have been disappointed by other service providers, and I was almost giving up until I came across IPBurger. Their proxies are the best, and I have had a very good experience working remotely using their static proxy. Their customer care is very helpful and assisted me in setting up the proxy. I would highly recommend their services.
“It really worked out well for my work”
I bought a static residential USA proxy from IPBurger. It really worked out well for my work. Especially their customer support is really good and helpful.
“Covers all my proxy needs”
I’m enhancing security for my clients, which include data scientists, a government contract, and several smaller influencer campaigns. IPBurger covers all my proxy needs, and it’s so user-friendly that I can easily guide my customers on how to use it. It’s been a huge relief for me.

Compare
Static ISP vs residential vs datacenter
ISP proxies sit in the sweet spot — the legitimacy of residential with the speed of datacenter.
Need rotation for large-scale scraping instead? Residential proxies from $59/mo →
What dedicated ISP proxies are used for
Anywhere a site needs to recognise you as the same user twice — and anywhere a rotating IP would break the thing you're trying to do.
Multi-account management
Every account keeps its own permanent IP. No re-verification loop, no “login from a new location” email, no account sitting on an address a stranger also uses.
Social media proxies CommerceE-commerce and marketplaces
Run established eBay, Amazon and PayPal accounts from one consistent, country-correct IP that the platform recognises between sessions.
Amazon proxies DataScraping behind a login
For targets that hold a session or a cart, rotation breaks the thing you're trying to do. A fixed residential IP keeps the session alive at 1 Gbps.
Web scraping proxies AdvertisingAd verification
Check placement and targeting as a real local user for as long as the campaign runs, without re-authenticating every time the IP moves.
Ad verification proxies SearchSEO and SERP tracking
Pull genuinely localized results from a residential IP in the market you care about — and get the same vantage point week over week, so the data is comparable.
SEO proxies Remote workSecure remote access
Get allowlisted once and stay in. A residential IP that belongs to you alone, routed at device level over OpenVPN with full encryption.
VPN serviceWorth saying plainly. Everything above assumes a target that already knows you. If you need to pull data at volume across many sites rather than stay logged in to one, a single fixed address will hit rate limits quickly — rotating residential proxies are built for that instead.
Where the ISP IPs are
Six countries where we hold dedicated ISP allocations — a US ISP proxy, a UK one, or any of the four others. Your address is issued inside the country you pick and stays there for as long as you hold the plan.
- 🇺🇸United States Most requested US
- 🇬🇧United Kingdom HTTP and SOCKS5 GB
- 🇨🇦Canada All six protocols CA
- 🇩🇪Germany All six protocols DE
- 🇫🇷France All six protocols FR
- 🇦🇺Australia All six protocols AU
Need a country that isn’t listed? ISP allocations depend on what the carriers in a given market will issue, so coverage moves. Tell us where the address has to sit and we’ll say what we can get and when — before you order, not after.
Ask about a countryOne exception worth knowing about. UK addresses run over HTTP and SOCKS5 only. Every other country carries the full set — HTTPS and the three VPN protocols included — so if you plan to route a whole device, pick outside the UK.
What is an ISP proxy?
An ISP proxy is a residential IP address registered to a real internet service provider, running on a proxy server in our own infrastructure. Target sites see what looks like an ordinary home connection, while the hardware behind it delivers datacenter speed and 99.9% uptime. It's a static IP — the same address every time you connect.
That registration is what does the work. Anti-bot systems look up who owns an address before they inspect anything else — a datacenter IP announces itself as a server on sight, while an ISP-registered IP reads as a household. Most ISP proxy providers then split that address between two or three customers. Every IPBurger ISP IP is dedicated to one customer and sits on no shared subnet, so its reputation is built by your traffic and nothing else.
What is a static residential proxy?
A static residential proxy is the same thing as an ISP proxy — a residential IP that stays fixed instead of rotating. You'll also see it called a static IP proxy or a static proxy server. The terms are used interchangeably: one describes where the address comes from, the others describe how it behaves.
- Rotating — a different household IP on every request, built for high-volume scraping across many targets
- Static — one static IP held for as long as you keep the plan, built for anything with a login attached
- The tell — an IP that changes mid-session is an IP that triggers a verification prompt
ISP proxy questions, answered
Prices, billing and refunds are covered on the ISP proxy pricing page. Still stuck? Support answers 24/7 — real people who use these products, not chatbots.
How do you keep IP quality high?
Three ways. Every IP is allocated to a single customer, so it carries no history but your own. No two customers sit on the same subnet, so a neighbour’s behaviour can’t affect your score. And addresses aren’t recycled between customers — you’re not inheriting whatever the last user did with it.
Are your ISP proxies dedicated or shared?
Dedicated, always. Every IP is assigned to one customer and sits on no shared subnet. We don’t sell a shared tier at any price, because a shared IP means inheriting a reputation you didn’t build and can’t see.
What is an ISP proxy?
A residential IP registered to a real internet service provider and hosted on server infrastructure. Target sites see a normal home connection while you get datacenter speed and 99.9% uptime. It’s also called a static residential proxy, because the address doesn’t change.
What’s the difference between an ISP proxy and a static residential proxy?
They’re the same thing. So is a static IP proxy, and so is a static proxy server — all four names describe one product: a static IP hosted on a real ISP network, dedicated to you, with residential legitimacy and datacenter speed.
Do these IPs rotate?
No. Your IP stays the same for as long as you keep the plan, so you can hold it indefinitely. If you need rotation for large-scale scraping, rotating residential proxies are the better fit.
How much do ISP proxies cost?
$14.41/mo per dedicated IP when billed annually, with unlimited traffic and the same price in every location. Buying in volume? The rate drops as you add IPs — use the slider above, or contact us for larger orders.
What does unlimited traffic actually mean?
No traffic meter, no per-GB billing and no fair-use throttle. Some providers advertise unlimited bandwidth but reduce your concurrent sessions once you pass a usage threshold. We don’t.
Which connection protocols are supported?
HTTP, HTTPS, SOCKS5, Softether, L2TP-IPsec and OpenVPN, so ISP proxies work with any client or tool out of the box — no compatibility headaches with your existing stack. UK IPs support HTTP and SOCKS5.
Can I use an ISP proxy as a VPN?
Yes. Because every IP supports Softether, L2TP-IPsec and OpenVPN alongside the proxy protocols, you can route a single application or an entire device through it — with a residential IP that belongs only to you, and no separate VPN plan to buy.
Which locations are available?
The United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Germany, France and Australia, with more added regularly.
How fast are ISP proxies?
Up to 1 Gbps at 99.9% uptime. Unlike rotating residential proxies, static ISP proxies hold a fast, stable connection on real ISP networks that doesn’t slow down mid-session.
How is this different from a datacenter proxy?
Datacenter IPs are registered to hosting providers, so protected sites flag them on sight. Ours are registered to consumer ISPs, which carries residential trust — at comparable speed.
Can I buy a static IP address?
Yes. Each plan is a static IP proxy — one dedicated static IP address registered to a real ISP and assigned to you alone. Buy a static IP in any of six countries and it stays the same for as long as you keep the plan.
What happens if an IP stops working on a target?
Contact support and we’ll look at a replacement. Because your IP is dedicated and sits on no shared subnet, its history is entirely a product of your own traffic — so problems are traceable rather than inherited from a stranger.
How do I authenticate?
With a username and password, issued in your client area the moment the IP is provisioned. The same pair works across every protocol — only the port changes — so there's nothing to configure per protocol beyond the port.
Is there a money-back guarantee?
Yes — request a refund within 5 days of purchase as long as usage stays under 1 GB. Contact support from your dashboard or email support@ipburger.com.
How does billing work?
ISP proxies are billed monthly and auto-renew for convenience; annual billing is available at the lower rate shown above. There are no contracts — cancel anytime from your dashboard.
Do you keep logs of my activity?
No. We keep no activity logs and no connection logs, with strong encryption and leak protection through our Chrome and Firefox extensions.
How fast can I get started?
Under a minute. Pick your location, check out, and your dedicated ISP IP is active in the same session — then point your client at it or install the browser extension.
